As a small, passionate team we endeavour to create classic, great quality pub food. We keep it simple and cook what we like to eat - be it Thai curry, Chinese pancakes or a good old English bangers and mash.


We produce our own pork, bacon, sausages, hams, salami, chorizo and wonderful Sunday roasting joints. We grow as much as we can for our menu from our veggie garden, orchard and poly-tunnels, including heritage vegetables, salads, fruit and herbs.


We run our small menu of pub classics daily, alongside an ever-changing seasonal specials board.


Basically, we just love food!


So, whether you want dinner for 2, a party for 30 or even 300, we can do it.

Monday - Steak Night


Our legendary steak night is not to be missed. Enjoy an 8oz rib eye steak, a choice of chips or dauphinoise potatoes, onion rings, salad from the garden, whole flat mushroom, grilled tomatoes and bearnaise sauce. 


£30 for two with a large glass of house red wine each.


Wednesday - Thai Night


A three-course authentic Thai set-menu, lovingly produced by a guest chef every Wednesday.


Example menu:

Prawn crackers and dips, chicken satay skewers and prawn toast.


Thai beef salad.


Green chicken curry served with jasmine rice and Thai basil.


All three courses for £15.


Sunday Roast


Your choice of The Holford Arms' own pork, local beef or roast confit duck, with all the trimmings. Vegetarian and children's options available.
